3 hours on the beautiful inter-coastal waterway...what a way to spend an afternoon...5 minutes after leaving the ramp, a big, beautiful american bald eagle sitting about 60 feet up this pine tree. I know I take a lot of this for granted because I see it everyday, but a bald eagle always makes the hair stand up on my neck. What a majestic creature, we eased up right under him with the trolling motor, quiet as a church mouse, i just wish I had a telephoto lens !!
